Area Residents Charged With DWI In State Police Stops

Westchester County

  • On Saturday, Oct. 5, State Police from Stormville arrested Connor L. Scally, 25, of Irvington, for DWI. He was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of East Fishkill, when he was interviewed after running out of gasoline. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, Oct. 5, State Police from Brewster arrested Adriana Saire, 29, of Port Chester, for DWI. She was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of Gallatin, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, Oct. 6, State Police from Brewster arrested Jason R. Patino, 21, of Mount Kisco, for Aggravated DWI. He had been traveling on North Main Street in the town of Southeast, before being the subject of a welfare check for an unconscious driver parked in a local business lot. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

Dutchess County

  • On Saturday, Oct. 5, State Police from Wappinger arrested Nicolas Santiago, 42, of Hopewell, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in the town of Fishkill, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, Oct. 5, State Police from Wappinger arrested Nicolas Santiago, 42, of Hopewell, for DWI for the second time this evening. He was traveling on State Route 52 in the town of Fishkill, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested. Santiago had been issued an appearance ticket for DWI, and released to a third party earlier in the evening.
  • On Saturday, Oct. 5, State Police from Stormville arrested Kevin P. Callahan, 30, of East Fishkill, for DWI. He was traveling on Hillside Lake Road in the town of East Fishkill, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, Oct. 5, State Police from Poughkeepsie arrested Tammy E. White, 48, of East Fishkill, for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 55 in the town of Lagrange, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, Oct. 6, State Police from Hawthorne arrested Mark Nikac, 39, of LaGrange, for DWI. He was traveling on the Sprain Brook Parkway in the city of Yonkers, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, Oct. 6, State Police from Wappinger arrested Jonathan W. Green, 38, of Poughkeepsie, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in the town of Poughkeepsie, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, Oct. 6, State Police from Stormville arrested Khadijah C. Williams, 25, of Poughkeepsie, for DWI. She was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of East Fishkill, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, Oct. 6, State Police from Rhinebeck arrested Liam D. Lacomb, 31, of Fishkill, for DWAI combined drugs and alcohol. He was traveling on State Route 9 in the town of Hyde Park, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol and drugs. Lacomb was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, Oct. 6, State Police from Wappinger arrested Janet E. Burke, 60, of Hopewell, for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 9 in the town of Wappinger, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

Orange County

  • On Sunday, Oct. 6, State Police from East Fishkill arrested Jennifer M. Smith, 38, of Warwick, for Aggravated DWI. She was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of East Fishkill, when she was found parked on the shoulder of the controlled access highway. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

Fairfield County

  • On Saturday, Oct. 5, State Police from Stormville arrested Marcellus Birmingham, 49, of Danbury, for DWI. He was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of East Fishkill, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, Oct. 6, State Police from Brewster arrested James Burns, 52, of Danbury, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 684 in the town of Southeast, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, Oct. 6, State Police from Brewster arrested Michael C. Fennick, 35, of Danbury, for DWAI Drugs. He was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of Southeast, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of drugs, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, Oct. 6, State Police from Somers arrested Laura F. Melo, 29, of Bethel, for DWI. She was traveling on Interstate 684 in the town of Bedford, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, Oct. 6, State Police from Somers arrested Milton B. Pereira, 29, of Danbury, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 684 in the town of North Salem, when he was involved in a one car motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested. Pereira’s reportable blood alcohol content was 0.37%.
  • On Sunday, Oct. 6, State Police from Somers arrested Behroz K. Dilemani, 73, of Ridgefield, for DWI with a prior conviction within ten years, a class E felony. He was traveling on Interstate 684 in the town of North Salem, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
